Experience...

With over 30 years experience in the custom home building industry and 20 years as a custom home builder and designer, Rick Hudnall has the creativity and knowledge to bring your dream home to life. As a second generation home builder, Rick learned many trades including frame and trim carpentry, electrical and others before being given the reigns to build his first custom home. One of the most valuable lessons Rick learned from his father is that you cannot be a "drive by" builder and build a quality home. A good builder will spend time on the jobsite every day with the trades going over their work and making decisions that will affect the final finish of the home.

Energy Efficiency...

Our minimum standards of building include 2x6 exterior walls with R22 insulation, ceilings with R49 insulation, sealing all openings against air infiltration, high efficiency HVAC and double pane low “e” window glass provide a very efficient home.  We will also provide options to upgrade to any level of efficiency that is desired and available.

Information...

While your new home is under construction, we will keep you informed of the progress. You will have ample opportunity to make decisions and selections in a timely manner so that we stay on schedule. We send digital photos and email progress reports regularly. We are always available for questions, explanations and discussions to help you make decisions as needed.

When we build for you, you can expect:

• Complete design service. Choose from our existing plans and modify as needed or allow us to design your home from scratch.

• Weekly progress reports to keep you informed.

• Complete Interior Design Center with the assistance of an Interior Decorator.

• Customer Care throughout the process that continues after you move in to your home.

When you purchase an existing spec home, you can expect:

• Color & Finish Selection depending on the stage of construction with the service of our Design Center & Interior Decorator.

• The willingness and ability to make changes and/or modifications to the existing home.

• Weekly progress reports to keep you informed while the home is under construction.

• Customer Care throughout the process that continues after you move in to your home.
